Collecting and Using Your Personal Information

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service — specifically, when You submit Our contact form — We ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This includes:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Any message or content You choose to include in the contact form

We only collect this information when You voluntarily submit the contact form. We do not otherwise require registration or an account to use the Service.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Our Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of providing and securing the Service, Cloudflare automatically processes standard connection and request information (such as IP address, request timestamps, and similar technical logs) on Our behalf. This infrastructure-level logging happens for all visitors as a normal part of Cloudflare's hosting and network security functions, independently of the analytics and cookie tools described below. You can review Cloudflare's privacy practices at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use tracking technologies (such as cookies) to track the activity on Our Service and to improve it. The technologies We use may include:

  • Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of Our Service.
  • Web Beacons. Certain sections of Our Service may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).

Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.

Where required by law, We use non-essential cookies (that is, Cookies other than the Necessary / Essential Cookies described below) only with Your consent. You can withdraw or change Your consent at any time through Your browser/device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We use both Session and Persistent Cookies for the purposes set out below:

Necessary / Essential Cookies

Type:
Session Cookies
Administered by:
Us
Purpose:
These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features, and to help protect the Website from spam and abuse (for example, through Cloudflare Turnstile, described below). Without these Cookies, the services that You have asked for cannot be properly provided.

Analytics Cookies

Type:
Persistent and Session Cookies
Administered by:
Third-Party (Google)
Purpose:
These Cookies allow Us to understand how visitors use the Website — such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay — using Google Analytics. This helps Us improve the Website's content and performance. See "Google Analytics" below for more detail.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help Us understand how visitors interact with the Website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about Your use of the Service, such as pages visited, time spent on the Website, and general location and device information derived from Your IP address.

Google may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, and may combine it with other information it holds. We do not use Google Analytics to identify You personally, and We do not share the Personal Data You submit through Our contact form with Google Analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by adjusting Your cookie preferences, or by using Your browser's “Do Not Track” or cookie-blocking settings. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please visit policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

  • Website analytics data (cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers): retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard data retention settings, which You can review at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Server and hosting logs (IP addresses, access times): retained by Cloudflare in accordance with its own retention practices, for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.

Where possible, We apply shorter retention periods and/or reduce identifiability by deleting, aggregating, or anonymizing data. We may retain Personal Data beyond the periods stated above where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or at Your explicit request.

You may request information about how long We will retain Your Personal Data by contacting Us.

Where required by applicable law, We will ensure that international transfers of Your Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards. No transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place to protect Your data.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request that We delete the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You may contact Us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any Personal Data You have provided to Us.

Please note that We may need to retain certain information where We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
